In August 2026, our Flat Die Pellet Mill was successfully sold to a customer in Uganda to help improve their animal feed production efficiency. The customer needed a reliable feed processing solution to make better-quality pellets from locally available agricultural materials and reduce the cost of purchasing commercial feed.
Customer Background and Requirements
The Ugandan customer operates a livestock farm and requires a stable supply of animal feed. Before purchasing the machine, the farm mainly used loose feed materials, which caused problems such as inconvenient storage, transportation difficulties, and uneven feeding.
To solve these issues, the customer wanted an easy-to-operate machine that could compress different raw materials into uniform feed pellets. After understanding the customer’s production needs, we recommended the Flat Die Pellet Mill, which is suitable for small and medium-scale farms because of its simple structure, convenient operation, and reliable performance.
Flat Die Pellet Mill Solution
According to the customer’s requirements, we provided a suitable Flat Die Pellet Mill for animal feed production. The machine can process various raw materials, including corn, wheat bran, grass, alfalfa, rice husk, and other agricultural materials, and convert them into compact feed pellets.
The Flat Die Pellet Mill uses a flat die and roller pressing structure. When the prepared materials enter the pelletizing chamber, the rollers press the materials through the die holes to form pellets with uniform sizes. By replacing different dies, the customer can produce feed pellets with different diameters to meet the feeding needs of various animals.

This project helped the Ugandan farm reduce feed processing costs, improve production efficiency, and build a more stable feed supply system with the help of the Flat Die Pellet Mill.
