1. 木材粉碎机启动后，不允许拆卸或检查机器内部的任何部分。各种工具不得随意放置在机器上，以免损坏机器。当听到异常声音时，应立即停止，等待机器停止后再进行检修。
2. 员工应定期为木材粉碎机加注润滑油，最常用的是轴承组件的油杯，一般每2小时旋转油杯盖1/4圈，即可将润滑油压入轴承中，对于封闭式轴承，工作300小时后可补充一次润滑脂。
3. 不要随意提高碎料机的转速，一般允许偏离额定转速的8%-10%。
4. 员工应及时检查和清洁机器。在每天工作结束时，应及时清理机器，并检查各部件的螺钉是否松动，齿爪、筛子及其他易磨损零件的磨损情况。
5. 操作员应在粉碎前仔细检查原材料，严禁将铜、铁、铅等金属零件和较大的石块混入破碎腔内。
